For neurodivergent and LGBTQIA+ individuals, coaching with a professional who has a depth of lived experience can also offer understanding, validation and celebration of the whole of you.

How Coaching Differs from Therapy

While both coaching and therapy provide support, they serve different purposes. Therapy often delves into past traumas and healing, while coaching is future-focused, geared towards goal-setting, personal development, and actionable strategies.
